At Pure Vanya, we aim to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping information below.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed during our working days. Orders placed outside working hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days across India after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Across India

We currently offer shipping across India. Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of the customer's address by our courier partners.

4. Cash on Delivery

Pure Vanya does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders are prepaid orders only. Customers are required to complete the payment successfully before the order can be processed and dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through the contact details provided at the time of placing the order.

You can use the tracking information provided to check the status of your shipment.

6. Delays in Delivery

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other logistical issues may cause delays.

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding while the shipment is being delivered.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

Pure Vanya may not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
