7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged during delivery, please refuse the parcel if possible or contact our support team within 48 hours with clear photographs of the package and product.

At present, Pure Vanya ships only within India. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.
